All the school & college going children of Pavur Parish had a month long Summer Camp (non-residential) from 12th April to 15th May. There were almost seventy children in the camp and they were dived into 4 groups.

A typical day starts by 9.15 am with the assembly followed coaching classes in Spoken English, English Grammar, Basic Maths etc. Afternoons were dedicated to cultural competitions and games according to groups. Each had to animate Eucharistic celebration and one half hour adoration on specific days.

Special input sessions by experts on topics like Carrier Guidance, drug de-addiction, Leadership qualities, Health & Hygiene etc. and the Bible & General Knowledge Quiz, cooking picnic etc. were not just added attractions of the camp; they enabled the participants to become more aware of themselves and be better motivated and work hard to achieve their goals. To top it all the children thoroughly enjoyed two days of picnic on 11th & 12th of May.
After a serious evaluation, and a well prepared cultural programme, the camp was concluded on 15th with a well prepared Eucharistic celebration and prize distribution. The whole camp was planned and animated by Bro. Stanly George and a big word of thanks to him.
