Bosco Kids at AjjanahalliFabulous is small a word to describe the three fantastic days we, BOSCO KIDS, had in the vintage village of Ajjanahalli”, said Kavya, a 10th standard student from Sacred Heart School, Jeevanbheemangar, Bangalore. Over 100 BOSCO KIDS with their animators set on journey to Ajjanahalli near  Magadi Town, in Ramnagar district of Karnataka for a three day camp on Gandhi Jayanthi. BOSCO KIDS had their fun and frolicking in and through  sing-songs, party games, action songs, mountaineering, treasure hunt, campfire, various  cultural events, group activities for three days in a packed out package. Amidst the well designed busy schedule they still found time to be with the poor children of Don Bosco. When the time came to leave the place many BOSCO KIDS were in tears. “I don’t want to leave this lovely place. Let us all remain here for many more days”, said grief-sricken Padma from St. Rock’s school. “It is a life time experience for me. How lucky I am to be part of BOSCO KIDS. I learnt a lot for my life in this camp”, articulated Apoorva from Gulabi school. “We are ever grateful to ‘BOSCO KIDS’ for giving this opening to our children to be far from madding crowd to learn lessons for life”, expressed visibly happy Sr. Deepa, the principal pf Sacred Heart High School. Fr. Anand sdb left no stone unturned to make this camp a historical one. BOSCO KIDS thanks Fr. C.V. George, the Rector of the community, for making available the place for BOSCO KIDS.IMG_0865
