Birthday celebration of Boarders
In Don Bosco, Deodurga there are 83 boarders (42 boys and 41 girls) from LKG to 10th Std. Here the confreres strive to inculcate in the poor children the desire to study and come up in their lives. Most of these children are sponsored under CFCA. They are all from a very poor locality. On the 14th, the eve of the solemnity of the Assumption, the community celebrated the Birthday of all the Boarders. We had a solemn Eucharistic celebration at 5.30 p.m. followed by cultural programmes. All were fascinated by the performance of the children. The children were looking elegant in their new dress on their birthday. The programme was meticulously planned and executed. The boarders really did their best. We thank CFCA for their continuing support for the children here.
