Academic Year Inaugurated and B A Sociology Launched in Don Bosco College, Mampetta

The inauguration of the academic year and the launching of BA Sociology in Don Bosco College Mampetta were splendidly done. The momentous gathering was welcomed by the Principal, Dr. Joby M Abraham and the function was presided over by the Manager, Fr. Jeeson Nelluvelil. Dr. Denoj Sebastian, the Director of Admissions of the University of Calicut inaugurated the event. The Programme was named Querncia 2022-23. Dr. Denoj Sebastian distributed the cash awards for the top scorers of the University examinations in the last scholastic year, along with Fr. J Joseph memorial scholarship for the top scorers in the internal marks and the PTMA award for the highest number of attendance. The official function was followed by the welcome for the newcomers by the respective departments. The event was made colourful by the variety entertainment by the students. The entire event came to a conclusion by the melodious orchestra in the afternoon.
