Successful Sapling Programme Marks Plantation Week and Guru Poornima Celebration in Chitradurga

For the sake of Plantation Week of Karnataka Forest Department and Guru Poornima, today Divisional Forest office, Chitradurga with the aegis of Sevalal Gurupeeta (NH4 road, Sibara), Morarji Desai School (Sibara) and CHITHRA Don Bosco organization held sapling programme at the campus of Sevalal Gerupeeta, Chitradurga. Sri Sardar Sevalal Swamiji, Mrs. Usha Rani (Divisional Forest Officer), Rev. Fr. Steven Lawrence (Director of CHITHRA Don Bosco), Principal, teachers and students of Morarji Desai School, Forest department officers and staff members and CHITHRA staff members were present in the programme. About 200 saplings were also planted in the premises of Sevalal Gurpeeta.
