Don Bosco Cultural Centre, Vennala was established in 1983 for training the poor but talented boys in music, dance and the performing arts in the service of the Gospel. An advanced printing press was launched for training the youth in printing technology and for the publication of good books – DBIGACT (Don Bosco Institute of Graphic Arts Communication Technology). Later, a library was added for the public. A small youth centre functions regularly for the neighbourhood. Don Bosco IMAGE a client-focused multi-platform media company is also part of the Salesian apostolate. since July 2015 Don Bosco IMAGE has been offering media training on Digital Camera, Cinematography, Film Editing, Script and Direction and Animation
