DREAM (Drug Rehabilitation Education and Mentoring) State-Level Staff Training and Review Meeting organized at Don Bosco Monvila

The state-level training and review meeting for the DREAM (Drug Rehabilitation Education and Mentoring) project was held on the 29th and 30th of November 2024 at Don Bosco Monvila. The two-day residential program was led by Mr. Benny Augustin, Project Manager at BREADS, with support from Mr. Joshua David, MIS & ME Coordinator for DREAM, and the DREAM State Team.
The agenda included district-wise presentations and in-depth discussions on project impacts, results, evaluation methods, and criteria. The training focused on equipping participants with evidence-based presentation skills and exploring new methodologies and strategies for effectively engaging with the project’s target audience.

A total of 32 participants attended the program, comprising staff from both the DREAM Project and the Don Bosco Sadan De-addiction Rehabilitation Centre, Monvila, Trivandrum. The training provided valuable insights and practical tools to enhance the implementation and outreach of the DREAM initiative.
