International Women’s day Celebrated at Don Bosco Bidar

Today on 18th Mar’2026 we at Don Bosco Bidar,celebrated Interntional Women’s day with the theme “Give and Gain”. We had invited Ms. Mangala – President of Women’s handicap Bidar as Chief Guest, Fr.Steven Lawrence SDB, Rector and Maneger of Don Bosco Bidar. Fr. Mathew SDB, Principal of Don Bosco ITI.and Father Dias SDB Assistant Director of Social Action Movement , Were also present for this celebration.
For this celebration there were present eight Differently able women and Men also some of tailoring students attended the program. We had a half day program. Everyone enjoyed playing games, singing and dancing.
Father Steven Lawrence gave speech on Women’s day and shared about this year’s Women’s day theme ‘Give and Gain’ and encouraged all the Women participant to Give your best and Gain Success in your life. Also Ms.Mangala today’s Chief Guest encouraged all the Differently able women to learn something new from the opportunity they have got now and be successful and independent in their life.
