Administrators Convene for Insightful Meeting at Don Bosco Provincial House

The Don Bosco Provincial House in Bangalore hosted a two-day gathering of administrators, focusing on key themes of financial stewardship, environmental responsibility, and effective management practices on July 20-21, 2024.

The event commenced with a morning prayer and an inauguration, followed by insightful sessions on “Financial Stewardship: Don Bosco Way” led by Mr. L. Vittal Rao and Ms. L. V. Manyatha, both distinguished Chartered Accountants. Participants engaged deeply in discussions aimed at enhancing financial management skills, interspersed with networking breaks over coffee and tea. Saturday concluded with spiritual activities including confession, rosary, and a Holy Eucharist, fostering a reflective atmosphere among attendees.

Sunday’s agenda began with Holy Eucharist followed by a conference led by Rev. Fr. Jose Koyickal, Provincial, emphasizing pastoral leadership in administrative roles. The day continued with diverse presentations including Mr. Benjamin Alexander’s innovative solutions for cleaning needs and Ms. Odette Katrak’s discourse on environmental stewardship. Ms. Dorothy Anthony then shared expertise on diet and nutrition management, reinforcing holistic approaches to organizational well-being. The event concluded with sessions on digital management systems and general administration led by the Provincial Team, underscoring a commitment to comprehensive leadership practices.

The gathering, attended by 45 administrators, proved to be both enlightening and constructive, setting a positive tone for future collaborative efforts in administration and stewardship.
