All Kerala Don Bosco School Leaders Meet Held At Angamaly

The all Kerala Don Bosco School Leaders` meet was organized at Don Bosco Central School Angamaly on 10th August, 2024. There were around 380 participants including Principals and Teachers from various schools. The leaders included the Head Boys and Head Girls, House Captains and Vice Captains, Leaders and Asst. Leaders from the different Don Bosco Schools of Kattapana, Puthupally, Vaduthala, Angamaly, Irinjalakuda and Mannuthy.

The program of the day began with the Inaugural session at 9.30 in the morning. The MLA of Angamaly, Mr. Roji M John was the Chief Guest. Fr. Joseph Elavanal, the Rector and Manager presided over the function.  The Head Girl, Jane Joe welcomed everybody to the gathering. The program was made colourful by the spectacular performances by the students of Don Bosco Angamaly.

In the first session the leaders were animated by the renowned trainer Mr. Sigy Antony, Vice Principal, TRADA Institute of Social Sciences, Kottayam. He motivated the students to be proactive and to walk an extra mile with a smile. 

The second session of the day was animated by Fr. Dominic kaniyantharayil SDB. The children enjoyed the energy packed sessions on leadership and it was truly inspiring. The audience was further enthralled by Fr. Dominic’s performances. His musical treat over the saxophone & Clarinet delighted the participants. The fun filled activities conducted by him thrilled the audience.

The valedictory function flagged off with prayer song and energetic dance by students of Don Bosco Angamaly. Fr. James Puthenparambil, the Principal of Don Bosco Central School, Angamaly welcomed the gathering. Fr. Vargese Edathichira, the Head of the School Commission of the Province of Bangalore pinpointed the need of resilience, as the hall mark of a great leader. And thanked the organizers for the wonderful way in which the event was organized.  A memento was presented to Fr. Dominic Kanniyantharayil SDB as our token of love and gratitude. The programme came to a close with the vote of thanks by Mrs. Roopa B and national Anthem.
