Bosco Cup 2026: A celebration of youth and sportsmanship

BOSCO CUP 2026, Mysore The Bosco Cup 2026 was successfully conducted at the Don Bosco Campus, Mysore, on 25th January 2026. The event was organized by the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Mysore, with the aim of fostering unity, sportsmanship, and the Salesian spirit among the youth.

The tournament was formally inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Freddie, the Rector, marking the beginning of an energetic and joyful day. A total of 18 teams participated in the competition, and the matches commenced at 7:00 a.m. The Don Bosco campus came alive with the presence of nearly 250 young people, creating an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, excitement, and healthy competition.

The Bosco Cup was not just a sporting event but a meaningful occasion to proclaim Don Bosco’s deep love and concern for the youth. It also served as a fitting preparation for the Feast of Don Bosco, making the campus vibrant with youthful energy and joy.

The prize distribution ceremony was graced by Fr. Jim Jose, the Zonal Director, who was the chief guest for the occasion. His presence and encouragement added significance to the celebration and motivated the young participants.

The tireless efforts and dedication of the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Mysore, in organizing the event were greatly appreciated by all. Bosco Cup 2026 stood as a memorable day of sports, fellowship, and Salesian joy, truly reflecting the spirit and vision of Don Bosco.
