Cluster Meeting for Brothers in Practical Training and Studies Held at Don Bosco Vaduthala

A Cluster Meeting for Brothers in Practical Training and Studies was organized at Don Bosco Vaduthala on 22 February 2026, bringing together 30 participants for a day of reflection, formation, and fraternity.

The programme commenced at 9.00 a.m. with a prayer session, followed by a welcome address by Fr. Rodriguez Manuel Gilton SDB, Director of the Youth Centre.

The first session on Salesian Community Life was led by Fr. Shalbin Kalanchery SDB, who highlighted the importance of fraternity, shared responsibility, and faithful commitment within the Salesian community.

At 10.15 a.m., Fr. Palakudiyil Abhilash SDB conducted the second session on Migrant Ministry, emphasizing the Church’s mission towards migrants and the need for compassionate outreach and pastoral care.

After a coffee break at 10.45 a.m., the third session on Emotional Maturity in Relationships was handled by Fr. Tony Plavilayil SDB at 11.15 a.m., focusing on self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and balanced interpersonal relationships in religious life.

The Holy Mass was celebrated at 12.00 noon, followed by lunch at 1.00 p.m. The afternoon session at 2.30 p.m. was dedicated to sharing and discussion, providing participants an opportunity to exchange insights and experiences.

The meeting concluded with tea at 4.00 p.m., marking a meaningful and enriching day for all the brothers who participated.
