DBCS Puthuppally organizes Bosco Carnival after a gap of two years
Don Bosco Central School, Puthuppally, hosted Bosco Carnival on 14th January 2023, after a two-year-long gap caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The event was also a fundraising program aimed at helping people have better life and providing financial aid for students from underprivileged families.
The preparations for the Carnival were underway for many weeks before the event. Students were encouraged to bring gifts as a gesture of goodwill and wholehearted participation. They all pre-booked their coupons.
The main attractions of the Carnival were the games which included ball in the bowl, tail the elephant, ring tossing, tombola, dart throwing, feeding the monkey, snowball, odd and even, ring toss, and many more. Another attraction was the food stores which had a variety of items. Students also had the opportunity to dedicate a song to their favourite ones.
Students, along with their parents, participated in the events with excitement and enthusiasm. The Carnival was enjoyed by everyone who participated, and the organizers received high appreciation for their work.
