Don Bosco Ajjanahalli warmly welcomed the Department of Humanities of St. Claret College (Autonomous), Bengaluru, for a three-day rural camp and academic engagement programme, held from 4 to 6 February 2026. The programme brought together 26 undergraduate students and four faculty members, offering them an enriching experience that combined academic learning, community engagement, and holistic formation.
Purposeful Learning and Rural Exposure
The programme was organised with the objective of providing students meaningful exposure to rural life and social realities. It aimed to facilitate field research among the Iruliga tribal community, promote community-based teachingin the local government school, and foster overall development through leadership training and nature-based activities.
