Don Bosco College, Angadikadavu inaugurates State-of-the-Art Auditorium

Don Bosco College Arts & Science College, Angadikadavu, became one of the most sophisticated college campuses in Kannur University with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art theatre-cum-auditorium on September 4, 2022.

Prof. Gopinath Ravindran, Vice Chancellor of Kannur University, inaugurated the auditorium. Fr. Jose Koyickal, Provincial, Salesian Province of Bangalore, blessed the auditorium.

All the former students of the college were presented with mementos of excellence. In the afternoon, the SS Orchestra entertained the audience, and a variety of programmes were performed by the Cochin Arrows Dance Troupe.

The newly inaugurated auditorium is one of its kind among the other colleges at Kannur University, making it a matter of pride for the college. It has a 15,000 sq. ft. floor space with a two-tiered balcony, a seating capacity of 1000 and a 432 sq. ft. stage, equipped with B&C Italian speakers and digitally controlled light and sound systems.
