Don Bosco College Mannuthy Enriched by South Indian Bank’s CSR Contribution
The collaborative efforts between Don Bosco College Mannuthy and South Indian Bank culminated in a pivotal event celebrating the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund contribution of 5.76 lakhs. This substantial donation was presented during a ceremony, aiming to boost academic growth by providing the college with 12 advanced LCD projectors.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the Salesian community, bank officials, and the teaching faculty of the college. Fr. Cyril Edamana SDB, the Rector and Manager, and Fr. Shino Joy SDB, the Administrator, officially received the generous CSR fund from Mr. John C.A., Deputy General Manager in the Customer Relationship Department at the Head Office South Indian Bank on behalf of Don Bosco College Mannuthy. Mr. John C.A. is also a past pupil of Don Bosco School, Irinjalakuda. On this occasion a special acknowledgement was extended to the relentless efforts of Fr. Shino Joy SDB in facilitating this invaluable partnership. Mr. Shine Kappan, Chief Manager of the Customer Relationship Department at South Indian Bank, emphasized the profound impact of their collaboration, stating, “Our partnership with Don Bosco College Mannuthy exemplifies our commitment to the education of youth.”
