Don Bosco College Mannuthy, Kerala, witnessed an intellectually invigorating event as it
welcomed a distinguished delegation of professors from Hof University of Applied Sciences,
Germany. The interactive session opened up new horizons for the students, encouraging them to
embrace global perspectives and explore broader possibilities for their higher education.
The event commenced with the gracious presence of the esteemed Economer of Bangalore
Province, Rev. Fr. Joy Nedumparabil, who introduced the visiting dignitaries to the enthusiastic
audience. In his opening remarks, Fr. Joy emphasized the significance of international
collaborations and how they enrich the learning experience for students.
Leading the delegation was Prof. Dr. Juergen Lehmann, the President of Hof University, whose
presence added an air of academia and expertise to the gathering. Prof. Lehmann delivered an
inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of cross-cultural interactions and international

Accompanying Prof. Lehmann were two eminent professors from Hof University’s Department of
Interdisciplinary and Innovative Sciences: Prof. Dr. Gerald Schmola, the esteemed Dean,
