Don Bosco School Tukamkuru celebrates the new academic year and observe Environmental Day

Don Bosco School Tumakuru today held a dual celebration, inaugurating the new academic year and observing Environmental Day. The event blended cultural performances with meaningful addresses, highlighting both academic pursuits and environmental responsibility.
The program began with a prayer dance and welcome by Principal Rev. Fr. Jins John. Mr. Hanumatharavappa, the BEO,( Block Educational Officer)  was the Chief Guest.  He delivered the inaugural address and officially inaugurated the Academic year. Academic excellence of the year was recognized by honouring SSLC Toppers.
The celebration included cultural  dances and a skit by students. The day concluded with a vote of thanks, reinforcing the theme: “Let our future generations see what we were blessed with. Save the environment.”
