Five new members of Salesian cooperators make promise at Don Bosco Provincial house

Bangalore: Salesian Cooperators’ unit at Don Bosco Provincial has now five more professed members. Fr. Jose Koyickal, provincial congratulated the new members and welcomed them whole heartedly to the Salesian Family. He in his homily during the Solemn Holy Eucharist, emphasised on the new members imbibing the Salesian charism and owning up the vocation of Salesian Cooperators, which shares the same mission of the priests, brothers and sisters. He urged them to intensify their prayer for the universal Church and the Salesian family. Fr. Shalbin Kalanchery, vice provincial, Fr. Sebastian K.C, rector and delegate of the Salesian Cooperators, Fr. Freddie, secretary and Fr.Jino concelebrated in the Holy Eucharist presided over by Fr. Provincial. Mrs. Josephine, the delegate of the province coordinator received the promise. The Eucharistic celebration was followed by a sumptuous meal. Mr. C.V Jose, the coordinator of the unit proposed the vote of thanks.
