THE ANNUAL FEAST OF DONBOSCO AT LINGARAJAPURAM

The preparation for the annual feast of Don Bosco Parish, Lingarajapuram began with the blessing and hoisting of the flag on 12th August, 2021 by Rev. Fr. Shalbin Paul, the vice provincial of the Salesian Province of Bangalore. The solemn concelebrated Eucharist was presided over by Rev. Fr. Anthony Swamy CSSR, the Parish Priest of Holy Ghost Church, Bangalore. He in his homily stressed on the wakening call to imitate Don Bosco, who gave primacy to God and to the Word of God. Blessed Mother, his teacher and guide taught him to surrender at God’s feet his mission for the poor young people. Don Bosco Youth took the leadership to creatively animate the flag hoisting ceremony.
