Fr. Stefano Martoglio visits Don Bosco Schools, Irinjalakuda

Fr. Stefano Martoglio SDB, Vicar General of the Salesians of Don Bosco, visited Don Bosco Schools, Irinjalakuda, on November 14, 2022. The staff, students and management of Don Bosco School, Irinjalakuda, welcomed the Vicar General and other dignitaries with great enthusiasm. The programme began with a prayer song by the students of Don Bosco Central School, followed by a welcome dance by the students of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School.

Fr. Emmanuel Vattakunnel, Rector & Manager of Don Bosco School, Irinjalakuda. Fr. Jose Koyickal, the Provincial, delivered the presidential address. Fr. Pious Cherpannath (Vicar, St. Thomas Cathedral, Irinjalakuda), Seby Maliyekkal (PTA President, HSS), Sr. Omana V. P. (Headmistress, DBLPS), Ms. Caroline Vilson (Student Representative) and Pauly Alengadan (President, Salesian Co-operators) shared felicitations during the programme.

Mrs. Gita Subhashini (Teacher, DBCS) introduced the Chief Guest, Fr. Stefano Martoglio, and the representatives of the Don Bosco Family honoured Fr. Stefano during the programme. During the occasion, the Vicar General did the honour of releasing the Jubilee Logo and addressed the gathering.

The students of Don Bosco LP School and Don Bosco Central School showcased dance performances, adding colour to the programme. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Fr. Santhosh Manikombal (Principal, DBHSS).
