German Students Graduation Ceremony at Don Bosco Global Education, Palakkad
The graduation ceremony of the Don Bosco Global Education German Batch was held yesterday at 6.30 pm at the Don Bosco Auditorium. Former Bishop Emeritus of Palakkad Diocese, Mar Jacob Manathodath delivered the keynote address. Austrian Nursing College Director Dr. Sabina Sramik, and University Professor Dr. Ursula Wolger participated in a 3-week long Indo-Austrian interactive program. In the program, certificates were distributed to 35 learners who completed B2 in German language. Students who passed Goethe’s B2 level were honored with a special gift. In this conference, Manager Sabu Cyriac, Director Dr. Fr. Raju Chakkanad, Program Coordinator Sr. Marilyn George and Department Head Mithun Antony addressed the audience.
In the passing out parade, Astala-La-Vista, Don Bosco Global Education’s efforts to make the European dreams of the students come true were widely discussed. The keynote speaker, Mar Jacob Manathodath, emphasized that Don Bosco, which has institutions in 136 countries, is a beautiful organization that works for the holistic growth of the youth. The visiting Austrian doctors emphasized that Don Bosco is able to provide the language skills needed for Germany and Austria.
The event concluded with a reminder from the director that admissions for the next batches have started.
