Job Drive at Don Bosco Professional Academy, Hospet

For the first time Don Bosco Professional Academy, Hospet hosted a ‘Job Drive’ on August 29th, from 9:30 AM to 2:00. It was a resounding success, fostering connections between young job seekers of the locality and employers in diverse sectors. The event featured participation from BPO, Hospitality, and IT/ITES sectors and was organized in partnership with ‘DB Best,’ aimed at narrowing the gap between job seekers and potential employers.

The inaugural function commenced with a warm welcome by Fr. Arun Chemplanikal, the Principal of Don Bosco Professional Academy set a positive tone. Symbolizing the start of new journeys, with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp Fr.Roshan D’Sa, the Rector of Don Bosco Educational Complex officially inaugurated the event. Fr Roshan and Fr. Maria Praveen, the Principal of Don Bosco School Hospet  inspired the job seekers, offering words of encouragement.  Mr. Jayaraj, Communicative English Trainer , extended gratitude on behalf of the event marked the conclusion of inaugural function. The presence of Mr. Dinakaran and Mr. Mounesh from DB Best added depth to the event and offered participants valuable industry knowledge. The staff of Don Bosco Professional Academy Ms. Saraswathi, Domain Trainer, Mr. Ramesh, Community Mobilizer, Mrs. Lakshmi D, Domain Trainer, also contributed significantly to the event’s execution. After the inaugural ceremony, participants had the chance to interact with representatives from Various Companies, learn about available job positions, and even submit their resumes directly to the representatives of DB Best. Don Bosco Professional Academy, as the venue, likely provided a conducive environment for networking and discussions. The academy’s reputation for education and training could have also added credibility to the event, attracting both job seekers and employers who were keen on finding suitable matches. The event attracted numerous young individuals from the local community, demonstrating their keen interest in exploring employment prospects.
