Rev. Dr. Geo Kalladanthiyil Honored at Fordham University Graduation
As the sun shone through the clouds, casting a warm glow over the jubilant crowd of more than 20,000 people, Fordham University proudly celebrated the graduation of its latest cohort of scholars. This year, the prestigious institution will confer bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees upon over 3,000 graduates, spanning diverse fields.
Among the esteemed graduates, a notable highlight was the conferral of the PhD upon Rev. Dr. Geo Kalladanthiyil from the Graduate School of Education. Dr. Kalladanthiyil’s remarkable dissertation, titled “The Effect of Servant Leadership on Teacher Accompaniment: The Mediating Role of Affective Commitment,” reflects his profound dedication to advancing educational leadership and nurturing the holistic development of educators.
