Sports and Music Commission Meeting Provincial House, Bangalore | 30th August 2025

A meeting of the Sports and Music Commission was held in the presence of Fr. Jose Koyickal SDB (Provincial), Fr. Shalbin Kalanchery SDB (Vice-Provincial), Fr. Joy Nedumparambil SDB (Economer), and commission members.

The Commission prepared a five-year plan to strengthen sports and music across our institutions, focusing on structured programs, training opportunities, and community outreach.

In line with the National Sports Policy 2036, plans were drafted to establish Sports Centers of Excellence in Kerala and Karnataka. The meeting also reviewed the outreach of the Sports for Change initiative and finalized the state-level launch of the project on 14th November 2025 (Children’s Day) at Ernakulam.
