Trio Celebrations at Don Bosco ITI, KGF – September 22, 2025

On September 22, 2025, Don Bosco ITI, KGF joyfully celebrated a Trio Event—the Welcome to the Freshers, the Convocation Ceremony of the outgoing batch, and Engineers’ Day for the staff. The celebration was held in the campus auditorium from 10.45 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.

The programme began with a warm welcome address by Fr. Rector, who highlighted the aims and vision of a Don Bosco institute. Fr. Sebastian, the Vice-Rector, then spoke on the significance of Engineers’ Day and extended his heartfelt wishes and congratulations to all the staff members. Fr. Stephy also addressed the gathering, expressing gratitude and appreciation for the occasion.

The convocation ceremony followed, during which certificates were distributed by Fr. Rector, Fr. Vice-Rector, and Fr. Principal to the successful students of the previous batch. The event was further enlivened by cultural programmes presented by both staff and students. Notably, the Beautician and Tailoring trainees performed vibrant dance and melodious singing items that added joy and colour to the celebration.

The Principal proposed the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contribution of all who made the day memorable. The event concluded with a festive lunch for the staff and students, marking a fitting end to the joyous occasion.
