Visit of Delegation from Hof University to Don Bosco Global Education Palakkad

Don Bosco Global Education is a lamp for the steps for those who want to migrate to the future-of assured and safe haven of social security, job assurance and incredible European Freedom, said Prof. Dr. Juergen Lehmann, the President of the Hof University of Baveria, Germany, at his introductory session at the ‘meet-the-Hof’ round table conference organized at Don Bosco Global Education, Palakkad on 19.07.2013, at 09.30 am. The meet organized to boost up the morale of the students of German language found the presence of Prof. Dr. Gerard Schmola and Prof. Dr. Matthias Drossel from Hof University on their three-day interaction programme with the Don Bosco world in South India.
Underlining the various possibilities of higher studies and internships for various programmes, especially that of nursing, the university delegates were please to know that the Salesians, at Don Bosco Palakkad are forging ahead as a team to satiate the hunger for prosperous and European life dreams at their own attempts. Fr. Joy Nedumparambil SDB, the Provincial Economer accompanied the delegation and said that there is a vast space available for the students in their migratory process, especially with the German language proficiency acquirable from Don Bosco. In the absence of Fr. Sabu, the Rector attending the Rector’s course in Bangalore, Dr. Fr. Raju Chakkanattu SDB explained the various possibilities of the students abroad. The nursing programme with Hof university would be a workable solution for the nurses desiring for higher education in Germany, said Fr. Raju in his concluding remarks.
