Youth Membership Day at Don Bosco Youth Centre Ollukkara
Don Bosco Youth Centre Ollukkara had its membership day on August 15th, Monday. The members gathered in the college auditorium at 6.30 to have the annual general body meeting and for the election of new office-bearers for the years 2022-2023. Mr. Nithin K.P. and Mr. Linto Jose were elected as President and Vice-President unanimously. Mr. Sinto T.A and Mr. Sijo V.D. were elected as Secretary and Joint-secretary respectively. The formal function began at 7.30 pm and Rev. Fr. Mathew Kapplikkunnel presided over it. Fr. Robin Mathew, the director of DBYC introduced and welcomed the new members to the Youth Centre. This year the Youth Centre also has given membership to school going children and formed a junior group who would be frequenting the Youth Centre from 4 pm to 6 pm.
