District level launch of DREAM Project of Wayanad District takes place at Bathery

DREAM Project of Wayanad District was officially launched by the MLA of Sulthan Bathery Mr. I C Balakrishnan through a virtual video presentation on Monday at Don Bosco College, Sulthan Bathery.

‘Dream beyond drugs’ was the slogan raised by the students of Don Bosco College,Bathery over the nook and corner of Sulthan Bathery town  by mesmerizing bike rally ,blowing flags of DREAM by the students  followed by vibrant blossoming flash mob for the inauguration of DREAM Wayanad.

A wide appreciation and support was received immensely for the team by the viewers. Presidential address was delivered by Rev. Fr Thomas Poovelikal (Manager of Don Bosco college Sultan Bathery),A talk on drug abuse among youth was delivered by Mr.T.G Tomy (Vimukthi Head),Keynote address was delivered by Mr.T .K Ramesh. Dr.Fr.Joy Ullattil  SDB (Principal), delivered Benedictory address.

 Dr.Fr. Johnson KP SDB (District director of DREAM project) welcomed the gathering.

Mr. Anoopraj  (State coordinator of DREAM project), Sr. Ashley CMC (Special edicator),Br. Philip Vakkaparambil SDB(Campus minister of Don Bosco College),Mrs.Sumathi(Ward member) spoke on the occasion.

 Ms.Gigin Mariya Saji(Project Coordinator) proposed the Vote of thanks.

For the sweet remembrance of the program Mr.T G Tomy, Mr.T.K Ramesh and Dr.Fr.Binu Scaria planted trees at college garden.
