The National Science day 2023, with its theme ‘Global Science for Global Well-being’, was celebrated fittingly at Don Bosco School, Devadurga, on February 28 2023. Science exhibitions offer an opportunity for students and teachers to disseminate their knowledge and experience a variety of new inventions and innovations that also need wide dissemination.

The great significance of the exhibition is that it fosters the acquisition of different skills leading to the development of multiple faculties of intelligence in a social context.

Don Bosco School, Devadurga, believes in providing enjoyable educational learning experiences and promoting creative learning among its student populace. To further foster this idea, Don Bosco School, Devadurga, was chosen as the venue for National Science Day Exhibition 2023. Mr. Babu, the CRP of Devdurga, inaugurated the Science Exhibition and Mr. Ramesh, the BRP of Devadurga, delivered the message.

Science exhibitions help explore and encourage scientific and technological talent among the students and nurture future scientists into the limelight, who may receive training as proficient inventors for the growth of society, nation and humankind.

Students from different schools of the Taluk visited the exhibition halls. Some of the inventions displayed at the Science Exhibition included: Farmer’s Gun, Handmade Drone, 3D Hologram Projector, Handmade Air Cooler, and Solar Cooker.
