Don Bosco Youth Movement Zonal Leaders Meet and Elections

On the 1st of November, the Don Bosco Youth Movement, Bidar Zone held its Zonal Leaders Meet and Zonal Elections at Don Bosco Bidar. This event was attended by youth leaders from Bidar, Gulbharga, Yadgir and Devadurga. The programme was well organised by Fr. K.C. Mathew, the Zonal Director and Fr. Uday Kumar, the Regional Youth Director, along with the active presence and co-operation of Fr. Mathew, Fr. Devraj, Fr. Jith, and Fr. John Paul, who are the youth animators of Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadgir and Devadurga respectively.
The programme started with the Celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava, followed by an inspiring message from Fr. James Paul, the Chief Guest of the programme and the Rector of Don Bosco, Bidar. He encouraged the youth to participate in social transformation. After the orientation by Fr. Uday, the election of Zonal Leaders took place.
After lunch, all the leaders along with their animators had a sightseeing program in Bidar city, which was enjoyed by the youth. After tea, all the youth leaders departed to their respective places with their animators. It was an eventful programme that provided the youth leaders with an opportunity to come together, learn, and grow. The presence of the youth animators ensured that the event was a success and the youth leaders were able to take away valuable lessons from the programme.
