Meeting of Administrators Held at Don Bosco Provincial House, Bangalore

The Meeting of Administrators was held at Don Bosco Provincial House, Bangalore on 26th and 27th July 2025. The two-day programme brought together 45 participants from various institutions for a series of informative and enriching sessions aimed at strengthening administrative practices across the province.

Fr. Samson Amaladoss SDB, Economer of the Tiruchy Province, led the initial sessions, providing practical guidelines for effective administration and detailed insights on budgeting, register maintenance, and documentation practices. His sessions also included a productive Q&A segment addressing common challenges in bookkeeping.

Fr. George P. S., Executive Director of BREADS, also addressed the gathering, followed by spiritual activities including confession, rosary, and the Holy Eucharist.

The second day featured a conference by the Provincial, Rev. Fr. Jose Koyickal, offering direction and encouragement to the participants. Other key sessions included discussions on FCRA amendments by Mr. Zimmy Zellary from Standard Chartered Bank, GST insights by CA Mr. Manju George, and inputs on medical and vehicle insurance by representatives from Standard Chartered Bank and Star Health Insurance.

The meeting concluded with a session on general administration by the Provincial Team, fostering collaboration and renewed commitment among all the attendees.
