Youth Centre, Thope Marks Gandhi Jayanti with Cleaning Drive

Thope, October 2: The Youth Centre, Thope – Social Service Wing, observed Gandhi Jayanti with a meaningful initiative by organizing a cleaning drive at the church premises.

Around 25 enthusiastic youth members took part in the activity, promoting the values of cleanliness and community service advocated by Mahatma Gandhi. The drive not only helped in maintaining the sanctity and beauty of the surroundings but also provided the participants with an opportunity to reflect on the importance of service, teamwork, and environmental responsibility.

The event stood as a fitting tribute to Gandhi’s ideals and inspired the young volunteers to continue fostering compassion, responsibility, and active citizenship in their community.
