Drug Awareness Program at Don Bosco ITI, Hassan

Don Bosco ITI, Hassan, in association with the Lions Club, organized a Drug Awareness Programme for the trainees of the institution. The resource person for the session was Mrs. Vimala, Counselor, Department of Health and Family Welfare (DHO Office, Hassan).

During the programme, Mrs. Vimala delivered an informative and impactful presentation on the ill-effects of tobacco consumption and the long-term physical, psychological, and social harm caused by substance abuse. She highlighted the importance of preventive awareness among youth and encouraged students to adopt healthy lifestyle practices.

The session was well-received, and the trainees actively participated and gained valuable insights. The institution expresses its appreciation to the Health Department and the Lions Club for their collaboration and support in organizing this meaningful programme.
