“Don Bosco Professional Academy Hospet Celebrates,THE WORLD YOUTH SKILL DAY.”
Don Bosco Tech Hospet celebrated World Youth Skills Day with great enthusiasm, highlighting the importance of skill development, employability, and lifelong learning among youth. The programme began with an address by Fr. Francis Xavier, Principal and Centre Head, who encouraged students to continuously upgrade their technical, vocational, and life skills.
Fr. Michael, Administrator of Don Bosco Hospet, inspired the students to embrace skill-based education and prepare themselves for a successful future. A video presentation on vocational opportunities, along with inspiring experience-sharing sessions by Mr. Sebastian, Senior Fashion Designer, and Mr. Anthony, the supervisor of carpentry and welding, who showcased how skill training has transformed the lives of many young people.
Students actively participated in a poster design competition and visited various skill training departments to gain practical exposure to different vocational trades.
