Don Bosco School, Kalaburagi Celebrates 80th Independence Day
On 15 August 2026: Don Bosco School, Bablad, Kalaburagi, celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. The celebration was graced by Ex-Commissioned Officer Shri Shivabasayya Avaradmath as the Chief Guest.
Addressing the students, Shri Shivabasayya shared inspiring experiences from the tough and challenging life of a military officer. His words highlighted the courage, discipline and sacrifices of those who serve the nation. He concluded with a strong message on love for the country and patriotic responsibility, inspiring the children to grow as responsible, disciplined and committed citizens of India.
The celebration filled the children with a renewed sense of patriotism and pride in the nation.
